Any products that has been personalised cannot be returned or exchanged since they are individual, a bespoke piece. When ordering the piece, you will be asked to confirm that the wording is correct as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards. Please be aware that these are handmade, not done by a machine, so there may be imperfections.
Items should be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned. If you are posting the item back to us, we recommend that you use a secure, trackable method and insure the item as we will not be responsible for loss in transit. Also it is a good idea to retain proof of posting.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different piece, this can be done up to 14 days from purchase providing that the item has not been damaged, is in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If the value of the new item exceeds the original, you will be required to pay the difference. If the value of the new item is lower than the original piece then the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase. Please note if the item has been personalised, it cannot be exchanged.
Items are classed as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault happens within three months of purchase. Items damaged as a result of general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All items are checked and quality controlled before leaving the workshop. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately. In most instances, we will offer to repair the faulty item.
